Privacy.

Information you share when you contact Auctor.

Your enquiry

The form asks for your name, work email, company, a description of what you want to get done, and timing. Your website is optional. Auctor uses these details to assess the request, contact you, and determine the next step. Submission is a request to discuss your enquiry, not a subscription to marketing emails.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Where an enquiry came from

With your enquiry, we receive the landing-page address, referring address, and any campaign source, medium, campaign name, content, and search-term parameters in the link you followed. This helps connect your enquiry to the page or advertisement you saw. The site keeps this source context in session storage as you move between pages; it is separate from optional analytics and advertising cookies.

Optional analytics and advertising

When configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel can measure page visits, enquiry button clicks, form starts, and successful submissions. They load only after you accept optional measurement. You can decline and still use the site and form. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice when these providers are enabled.

We do not send the text of your enquiry, name, company, or email as tracking-event parameters. These providers may process technical information such as browser and device details under their own privacy policies: Google and Meta.

Service providers

Website hosting and form-delivery providers process information needed to deliver the site and your enquiry. The existing fallback intake form is hosted by Tally and is also subject to Tally’s privacy policy.
